Authorization + signatureFirm banking

Transfers from the enterprise account to a beneficiary. Batch payout has no separate path on this portal.

This API needs a Signature header. The portal signs when that company code has a signing key configured. Without it, the sandbox receives the request unsigned.

`REQ_DATA.TRT_INST_CD`Required	Organization code issued by Fintwin. Samples use TEST0001.
`REQ_DATA.TRSC_DT`Required	Transaction date, YYYYMMDD.
`REQ_DATA.TRSC_SEQ_NO`Required	Sequence unique within the day. Repeating it does not create a new transaction.
`REQ_DATA.TRSC_AMT`Required	Amount.
`REQ_DATA.RCV_BNK_CD`Required	Beneficiary bank NAPAS code.
`REQ_DATA.ACCT_NO`Required	Beneficiary account.
`REQ_DATA.RCV_ACCT_NM`Required	Beneficiary account name.
`REQ_DATA.WDRW_BNK_CD`Required	Funding bank NAPAS code.
`REQ_DATA.SERVICE_TYPE`Required	00 internal, 02 CITAD, 03 NAPAS.
`REQ_DATA.REMARK`Required	Transfer remark.
`REQ_DATA.RCV_ACCT_DV_CD`Optional	00 account number, 01 card number.
`REQ_DATA.WDRW_ACCT_NO`Optional	Funding account.
