Payout
The enterprise transfers money to a beneficiary account. Fintwin does not hold that money.
A single transfer uses cms_1100. Status uses cms_6013 with ORG_TRSC_CD 1100. SERVICE_TYPE selects internal, CITAD, or NAPAS.
Batch payout exists in the service description. The two partner-facing gateways do not expose a separate path. The batch payout API is delivered in the integration pack. This portal does not invent a path.
