Cancellation notice
Fintwin calls noticeCancel after the mandate has been cancelled at the bank.
The enterprise must build this endpoint. Fintwin is the caller. The portal describes the contract only and has no Try.

After a successful cancellation.
Endpoint requirements
Accept HTTPS POST with Authorization and a signature. Verify the signature and return JSON. A repeated event must not create a duplicate record.
